The class aims to leave you to feeling refreshed and revitalized by using a combination of breath with movement, flowing with integrity and stretching out the stresses that lie within. Certified in both Vinyasa and Hatha, Jessica uses both styles of yoga together for a mixture of strength and flow.
There are a limited number of yoga mats available. Otherwise, bring your own mat!
