Free Tai Chi at CFB

An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Saturday, repeating until November 18, 2023
Join Free Tai Chi every Saturday at 9am, now through November 18th, next to our Nuestra Tierra Learning Garden and our playlot at the Community Food Bank location at 3003 S. Country Club.
Everyone is welcome, and movements can be performed seated or standing (canes & walkers ok!). Our instructor is bilingual, and we will have chairs available for those who prefer them. Plus after the Tai Chi session, everyone is welcome to take a tour of the garden.

– Respect for Individual Needs
