About the Workshop
Mesquite trees have supported life in the Sonoran Desert for thousands of years, offering shade, habitat, and nourishment for animals and humans alike.
Join us for our Eat Mesquite workshop to learn how mesquite pods can be used as a food source and ingredient. Participants will explore ways to prepare mesquite and learn more about its role in traditional desert food practices.
