About the Series
This three-part workshop series supports families in building healthy habits through hands-on cooking, shared learning, and practical kitchen skills. Children are encouraged to participate actively in food preparation, helping build confidence, independence, and curiosity around food.
Rather than focusing on rules or restrictions, this series emphasizes skill-building, choice, and connection—supporting long-term health in a way that feels achievable and relevant for everyday life. Healthy habits established early can support steady energy and focus for daily functioning, reduce the risk of chronic conditions, help families save money, and encourages children to feel capable and involved in family life.
This series is for families who:
- Want to build healthy habits together
- Are interested in preventing future health challenges
- Want to involve their children more in family life and build their confidence
Small, consistent actions around food can support lifelong health and well-being.
