Sonoran Desert Workshop

Fall in the Sonoran Desert is our second spring! This workshop will highlight what to plant from September – November, including veggies, herbs and flowers — plus tips and tricks to keep your garden thriving through winter.

What we will review:
  • Month-by-month planting calendar tailored for Tucson, Phoenix, and other low-desert areas
  • Best vegetables, herbs, and flowers to sow or transplant each month
  • Tips on soil preparation, watering, mulching, and frost protection
